Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information NoCo Harvest (nocoharvest.com) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information we collect

• Basic technical data. Like almost every website, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically records standard server logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
• Messages you send us. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter. The form is processed by Netlify Forms. You don't have to use your real name.
• Listing requests. If you ask to be listed or featured, we receive the business details and contact information you submit.
• Order information. When you buy something, you enter your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. We receive your name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles payment.

We don't require accounts, and we don't ask for sensitive information.

How we use it

• To run, secure, and improve the site.
• To reply to messages and requests you send us.
• To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, and handle returns, refunds, and customer support.
• To keep records we're required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

Cookies and advertising

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Services we use

We share information only with the services that help us run the site, and only what they need:

• Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions.
• Google Fonts delivers the site's typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
• Google AdSense shows ads, as described above.
• Stripe processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Make.com runs our order automation (passing order details to our print partner and sending confirmation emails).
• Printful prints and ships your order, so it receives your name, shipping address, and the items ordered. See Printful's privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept by our host for a limited time. Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, customer support, and tax and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law). To make a request, use our contact form. Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
